The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once returned in original condition, the refund will be issued. A 10% restock fee will apply to all returns.
*In the event that the product was damaged in shipping, the seller will provide a prepaid label to use with original packaging. Any additional charges due to packaging size or weight are the responsibility of the buyer. 
Damaged items
Sometimes orders/parcels are handled without care and unfortunate in those situations you may receive your order damaged. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Bella Linda within 7 days to discuss.
We do reserve the right to request that items to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Return shipping is buyers responsibility. Please take photos of the package and the item/items. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund the cost of the item or provide a replacement item and ship it to you for free.
