Bella Linda - Smart Displays powered by DAKboard have been successfully used as assistive technology within the NDIS space to support greater independence, organisation, and comfort in daily life. These displays provide visual organisation tools, reminders, notifications, and routine management, helping participants achieve their personal goals more effectively.

Each screen is fully customisable, giving users control over the information displayed, which can help reduce sensory overload and create a more supportive environment. Remote access features also allow carers and support coordinators to manage content with ease, ensuring information stays relevant and up to date.

STEP 1

Request a Quote for Communication and Information Equipment

The NDIS allows funding for assistive products that support communication and information management. This includes products that help participants receive, send, produce, and process information in different forms, as well as products that facilitate communication through language, signs, symbols, and the use of communication devices and techniques.

STEP 2

Work with Your OT to Obtain a Support Letter

While formal evidence is not always required, we strongly recommend involving your Occupational Therapist (OT). Your OT can provide a referral letter explaining how a digital smart display will support your individual goals, which strengthens your application.

STEP 3

Plan Manager Approval and Invoice Processing

Once you’re ready to proceed, we will issue an invoice for your chosen Bella Linda - Smart Display. If your plan is Plan-managed (or NDIA-managed), this invoice can be submitted to your Plan Manager for approval and payment. If you are Self-managed, you can make use of the Claim Your NDIS Discount Code, pay upfront using your preferred method (credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay), and then use the invoice we provide to claim reimbursement through your NDIS portal.

STEP 4

Manufacturing, Shipping & Optional Support

Once payment is received, we begin the manufacturing process and ship your order within our standard shipping timeframes. If you need assistance with setup, connection, or customisation, we also offer optional support via phone or screen share to help you get the most out of your smart display.

OPTION 1

Requesting a NDIS Quote using the Quick Check Out

With our Quick Check Out Option, you can now request an NDIS Quotation directly from our E-Commerce Store. Simply select the item or display you would like quoted and click 'Add To Cart'. A new window will appear with an NDIS Quote button. Click this button, fill out the required NDIS Participant Information, and finish by clicking 'Request Now'. Within minutes, you'll receive an email with the quotation sent to the provided email address.  

OPTION 2

Accessing the NDIS Quote request through the Shopping Cart

If you accidentally closed the Quick Check Out window or need to add additional items to your cart, you can still access the NDIS Quote request form through the store's cart. At the top right of the webpage, you'll find the shopping cart showing the number of items you've added. Click on the cart icon and then select 'View Cart'. On this page, you can edit quantities, remove items, and when ready, click the 'NDIS Quote' button. You'll need to complete the NDIS Participant Information and then click 'Request Now'. Within minutes, an email with the quotation will be sent to the provided email address.
