Request a Quote for Communication and Information Equipment
The NDIS allows funding for assistive products that support communication and information management. This includes products that help participants receive, send, produce, and process information in different forms, as well as products that facilitate communication through language, signs, symbols, and the use of communication devices and techniques.
Work with Your OT to Obtain a Support Letter
While formal evidence is not always required, we strongly recommend involving your Occupational Therapist (OT). Your OT can provide a referral letter explaining how a digital smart display will support your individual goals, which strengthens your application.
Plan Manager Approval and Invoice Processing
Once you’re ready to proceed, we will issue an invoice for your chosen Bella Linda - Smart Display. If your plan is Plan-managed (or NDIA-managed), this invoice can be submitted to your Plan Manager for approval and payment. If you are Self-managed, you can make use of the Claim Your NDIS Discount Code, pay upfront using your preferred method (credit card, PayPal, or Afterpay), and then use the invoice we provide to claim reimbursement through your NDIS portal.
Manufacturing, Shipping & Optional Support
Once payment is received, we begin the manufacturing process and ship your order within our standard shipping timeframes. If you need assistance with setup, connection, or customisation, we also offer optional support via phone or screen share to help you get the most out of your smart display.
